As a Senior Ecologist in this independent consultancy, you will have the opportunity to lead complex contracts, guide junior colleagues, deliver high-quality reports, and evaluate technical projects. You will also play a key role in assisting clients and their design teams in overcoming obstacles, while actively contributing to the growth of the business.
Senior Ecologist Criteria
- Relevant degree (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- Eligibility to work within the UK (Essential)
- Extensive relevant work experience
- CIEEM membership
- The ideal candidate will have a protected species licence(s) (Bat class 2 or GCN class 1 are ideal), specialism within botany, and be able to demonstrate excellent fieldwork and report writing skills
- Familiarity and experience with BNG assessments is desirable
