Our client in Chelmsford are looking for temporary cover whilst they recruit on a permanent basis for a Credit Controller/Accounts Assistant for their small team on the outskirts of the City Centre.
Working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, your role will be supporting the facilities management company with the following duties:
Job Role
General Credit Control Management including:
- Customer invoicing
- Debt collection including negotiating payment plans as necessary
- Making provisions for accrued and deferred income
- Maintaining customer portals with invoicing information
- Credit checking
- Allocation of customer receipts
- Maintaining internal admin system with cost sheet data and purchase order
Other duties:
- Purchase Ledger support including processing purchase invoices at busy periods and holiday cover
- Attending Project P&L Meetings as required
Requirements:
- Sufficient accountancy training such as AAT level 3-4 or similar.
- Experience using accountancy software such as NetSuite, Sage or similar.
Salary £16ph, weekly pay, free car parking and kitchen facilities on site.
