Account Manager East Midlands - Onsite working £32,000 + Benefits
We're recruiting an Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding Logistics business. You will be customer focused, managing daily requirements and providing the best quality service - ALL while being enjoying the benefits of transparent progression routes, invested and supported peers and the stability of a thriving business.
What will I be doing?
A brief overview of the day to day:
- Addressing customers' daily needs in accordance with service procedures and established SLAs.
- Monitoring and tracking all customer shipments, coordinating with partners to investigate and rectify any issues.
- Ensuring key customers' expectations are effectively managed.
- Handling shipment reports, resolving any identified discrepancies, and informing customers of necessary adjustments.
- Developing new customer relationships, expanding customer reach and providing great service to exsisting customers.

What do you need?
- To have graduated with a 2:1 classification
- Experience working in a similar role or 6 months customer service experience
- Proven record of building lasting customer relationships
