Customer Service & Administration Specialist - £35K-£45K - Borehamwood (on site )

The Customer Service & Administration Specialist will play a key role in UK & European operations. This dynamic position is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assistance to the regional wholesale partners, combined with providing vital support to the UK Sales team. This position also includes the coordination of day-to-day administrative duties at the Watford based office.

Reporting to the Director of International Sales, the new team member will collaborate closely with the UK-based sales team to ensure outstanding support is provided to both the partners in the UK & EU markets and the internal staff.

The role is ideally suited for a detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable working independently, there will be days when you will be the sole person in the office. The daily responsibilities associated with this role will vary, promising a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment.

Main areas of responsibility:

Customer Service & Sales Support:

  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately
  • Offering support to clients
  • Providing product recommendations and inventory levels to customers
  • Tracking orders and resolving any issues promptly
  • Providing general customer support via phone and email
  • Maintaining a stocked product list for distributors
  • Communicating with our EU & UK Partners to ensure a smooth experience for customers

Office Operations:

  • Managing office inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling incoming and outgoing packages effectively
  • Handling shipping and maintaining inventory of samples
  • Preparing samples, and necessary supplies for Sales Manager meetings

Skills required

  • 5+ years work experience in a Customer Service/Support/Administrative Role
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Fluency in German is an advantage for EU customers but not essential for the role

Autonomous and collaborative as a key member of the office

Dynamic and excellent work attitude
