Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £12-£13ph (DOE)
Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based in Peterborough.
Job Purpose:
To set up and operate various paper wrap and envelope enclosing machines within the finishing environment, consistently & efficiently producing quality products to fully satisfy all clients requirements.
Main Duties:
- To run all equipment to the standards set out in the KPI Information Sheet issued.
- Produce work to a high standard.
- Comply with Health & Safety practices at all times.
- Maintain the equipment and keep records of maintenance.
- Complete the future daily time sheets.
- To read and understand job bag in order to produce the required quality of work.
- Comply with company policies.
- Ensure job is finished to next stage requirements i.e. Packing Spec & labeling
- Follow future finishing ISO Standard Procedures.
- To attend and comply with all training.
- Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.
- To perform any other duties which may be required from time to time.
Experience required - paper wrap and envelope enclosing machines, camera systems, online/offline inkjet.
