Job: French Speaking Account Executive
Contract: Temporary for 3 months (Could extend or become permanent)
Start: Immediate
Work Location: Remote working (Candidates must be based in the UK with a full right to work)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour + Holiday pay (Equivalent to £26,325 per annum)

JOB SUMMARY
Our client is a UK based manufacturer and supplier of industrial machinery to businesses in the food manufacturing sector. They work with businesses in the UK and Europe.

They are in need of an account executive to support business customers through the sales quotation process.

The French Account Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by following up on outstanding customer quotations, in the French and UK territories. The role holder will be the custodian the overall process and will have the opportunity to help design the end-to-end process and reporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Creating and maintaining the database
  • Closing sales and achieving quotas
  • Developing analysis and reporting to allow data-based decision-making and measure conversion success
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers and Customer Service teams to help drive performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and measure leading indicators for key performance metrics
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management, ensuring effective collaboration across all team
  • Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and provide and communicate timely information to relevant parties.
  • Provide help and expertise as needed it is needed within the company

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Fluency in French to native standard (written and spoken)
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous experience or around 3 years or more in a Sales or Customer Service role ideally in a B2B environment
  • Computer efficient (Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP) with proficient analytical skills
  • Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Good understanding of Sales Opportunity processes, particularly lead management and conversion
  • Open communicator, to obtain best contacts with all executing entities
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • SAP, Salesforce / C4C knowledge would be highly advantageous (Not essential)
  • Possess natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
