We are currently recruiting for a
Finance Assistant
to join a creative, design led employer in Harrogate, who work with large and exciting UK brands. Our client is looking for an experienced finance professional with a proven track record in transactional accounts and who is competent in the use of financial systems/software. Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations relating to accounts payable including processing supplier invoices, creating supplier payment runs and relevant reports as required.
- Answering customer and supplier queries over the phone and via email.
- Manage all aspects of bank and cash including posting bank payments to Sage and bank reconciliations.
- Processing staff expenses.
- Support the Financial Controller in all aspects of the finance function to ensure accurate and prompt preparation of financial reports for the Board of Directors.

Our client is willing to support with studies and is offering the opportunity for someone to grow their knowledge and become qualified AAT Level 4. As Finance Assistant, you will receive a salary of between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum as well as some great benefits such as casual dress code, your birthday off, and regular charity/incentive days!
