Customer Services Officer

The Role:

  • Customer facing reception role, greeting customers in a busy reception environment.
  • Providing a first point of contact service for callers and visitors to offices and accommodation.
  • Offering an efficient, responsive and accountable administration service.
  • Working with customers and colleagues in fast changing environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data management

The Candidate:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of Spreadsheets and Databases
  • Experience of office procedures
  • Great communication and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people including those who are vulnerable
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of information

SUMMARY:

This is part time role, working a 20 hour week over 5 days.

Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm

This is initially a 6 week position

A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced – Adult/Children level
