Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting & finance department.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager/Accountant should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the technology and telecoms industry.
- Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management.
- Experience with budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
