�? Responsibilities:

?? Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the media sales team, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

?? Client Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and providing information on media and advertising services.

??? Documentation Management: Preparing and managing all necessary documentation for media sales, including contracts, agreements, and media listings.

??? Database Management: Maintaining and updating the client and media database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

?? Marketing Support: Assisting with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, media listings, and online content.

?? Coordination: Liaising with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and effective campaign delivery.

?? Compliance: Ensuring all media sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

?? Office Management: Handling general office duties, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a well-organised workspace.

?? Requirements:

?? Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the media or advertising sector.

?? Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

?? Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanour.

�? Customer Service: A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.

?? Knowledge: Understanding of the media sales process and industry trends is an advantage.
