Nexus Recruitment have been instructed on an exciting new opportunity for a Team Leader in Kent. Our client is a small, family owned Block & Estate Management company based in Maidstone, who are looking for an experienced individual to join and manage the team of PMs.
Core responsibilities:
- Management of 6 members of staff, comprising of 3 property managers and 3 assistant property managers
- Management of a small share of the company's portfolio
- Managing all major works for your sites as well as supporting the PMs with theirs if needed
- Involvement with business development for new blocks
- Regular liaison with clients and contractors for the portfolio
This role will suit a Senior Property Manager with experience managing a small team. Our client needs a pragmatic and enthusiastic individual with a lot of experience in the industry. The following qualifications/skillset is preferred:
- Extensive knowledge on anything related to Block Management
- Extensive knowledge on the fire safety act
- Strong management experience for teams of at least 3
- ATPI qualification minimum (essential)
- Full UK Driving license (essential)
