Are you a talented and experienced recruitment sourcer & advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent and shaping the future of their organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to growth while utilising your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote our client's employer brand and represent them at career fairs and industry events.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to measure success and drive process improvements.
- Partner with the DEI team to create and lead initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy, and internal policies.
Experience required:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
