Salary £35,000 to £38,000 p.a. depending on experience

What is involved?
As Head Housekeeper you will be responsible for managing a busy housekeeping team, supporting as well as leading them and directly report to the General Manager to ensure the company standards are adhered too. Proven experience of dealing with housekeeping budgets, maintenance responsibilities and working with suppliers is essential, whilst taking responsibility for linen stock management for property. In addition you will be expected to inspect guest rooms and spot check rooms on a daily basis to ensure excellent standards whilst comply with all health and safety regulations.
Candidates will stand a better chance if they have previously worked in a luxury 4 or 5star hotel as a Head Housekeeper or as a department supervisor showcasing a passion for the industry and providing excellent service. To be considered for this role all applicants must have the right to work, flexible to work shifts and have a good command of English however a 2nd language would be advantageous.
