A planning solicitor with around 2 years pqe is required for the Leeds office of an international law firm. You will deal with planning applications and appeals, objections to applications, assist with project managing public inquiries and deal with judicial reviews amongst other areas. Key to this role is anticipating issues and offering commercial solutions. The group focuses on both contentious and non-contentious planning issues.
Candidates around 2 years pqe are of most interest but all levels of pqe will be considered. One of an increasing number of planning roles.
