Procurement and Contracts Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to join their growing, fast based team based in Brierley Hill. The ideal candidate is efficient, highly organised and proficient in maintaining supplier relationships.

Main Duties:
- Manage purchase ordering for all orders
- Track PO's and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers on costs, lead times and stock levels.
- Centralise and track contracts, servicing, leases and agreements.
- Update the team with any delays or issues with suppliers.
- Manage and update stock and pricing on in-house systems
- Resolve any invoice queries with the accounts team
- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers over the phone or email
Relevant Experience (required)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in procurement
- Excel, Outlook and other inhouse systems
- Maintaining supplier relationships
- Some experience with purchasing
