Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000neg + discretionary bonus

The role of the Internal Sales - Insulated Boards will involve:
- Internal Sales position selling a high quality range of hot-wire cut & fabricated extruded polystyrene boards (XPS) & polypropylene honeycomb materials for use in: cold stores, touring caravans, truck panels, underfloor heating, PVC doors, buildings and curtain-walling
- All of your time will be spent selling to door panel fabricators, caravan parks, the transport industry, building contractors, curtain-walling / cladding contractors etc.
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via email, telephone & web contact forms
- Maintain company pricing when quoting by using price lists and templates
- Building and developing new business relationships, with a strong focus on also maintaining the existing customer relations
- Providing technical support & assistance, following up on quotes
- Support the external sales team with project updates and potential leads
- Full product and sector training will be provided
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales - Insulated Boards with:
- Must have sales experience within the construction industry
- Would also consider: sales support, customer service, sales admin from within industry
- Ideally experience working with dimensions
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Brilliant customer service skills
- Must be highly organised and possess the ability to work well when under pressure
- Strong analytical, negotiating and decision making abilities
