A brilliant role joining a business who has been established over 300 years. You'll receive full training but ideally you will have worked in customer service previously.
Responsibilities
- Managing many emails and phone calls
- Accept and process sales orders from the above.
- Respond to customer inquiries about delivery, orders, discounts, and part numbers, Promote offers to customers to increase sales.
- Developing effective communication processes with internal teams throughout the organisation as well as external business partners.
- Handling carrier and POD queries.
About you:
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm phone demeanor
- Proactive in business.
- Computer proficient with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Capable of handling several systems.
- Strong customer service experience is preferable
