JOB – Controls Engineering Manager
LOCATION – Nottinghamshire
TERM - Permanent
SALARY – £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
A Nottinghamshire based company are looking for a Controls Engineering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Controls Engineering Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
- HNC or equivalent electrical engineering qualifications or relevant discipline.
- Strong background in control systems engineering – from design to commissioning.
- Previous experience working in manufacturing environments.
- Good understanding of PLC software's such as Siemens & Allen Bradley.
- Previous management experience.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The Controls Engineering Manager's duties will include:
- Management of the controls department & ensuring standards are being met at all times.
- Providing training to existing engineers and involvement in hiring.
- Supervising & providing support for electrical installations.
- Signing off specifications etc for electrical projects.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
