Are you an experienced Marketing Campaign Executive looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same, and your work directly contributes to meaningful, nationwide campaigns?

This three-month contract opportunity offers the chance to join a respected non-profit organisation and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, omni-channel marketing campaigns. Working within a dynamic and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for executing marketing strategies from concept through to delivery - helping to drive engagement, visibility, and support across a diverse audience.

This is a hybrid role based predominantly from home, with one day a month required in Swindon and approximately 40% of your time spent at regional hubs. The role is offered on a full-time equivalent salary of £30,966 per annum. You'll be welcomed into a forward-thinking marketing team where collaboration, creativity, and impact take centre stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully deliver integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns that support organisational objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing communications, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and external agencies to support campaign development and execution.
  • Act as the first point of contact for nominated campaigns, ensuring they're relevant, on-brand, and strategically aligned.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by applying test-and-learn methodologies to campaign activity.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within campaign delivery or communications.
  • Sound knowledge of both offline and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of copyright and relevant data protection legislation.
  • Strong organisational and project planning skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in managing stakeholder relationships.
