HR Coordinator - Building Management Industry

We are recruiting for a HR Coordinator on behalf of our client, a smart building solutions business and service provider. They are looking for someone who is willing to see the bigger picture and get involved in a multitude of tasks. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate must have good troubleshooting skills, be presentable and have a demonstrated experience in corporate social responsibility.

Responsibilities

Our People

  • Assist in various employee processes including recruitment, candidate screening, and interview support.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, such as leave and sick pay.
  • Coordinate employee events to promote engagement and team building.
  • Develop and maintain company training programs and workshops.
  • Attend HR events and meetings, facilitating management-employee interactions.
  • Liaise with 3rd party HR advisor regarding any formal queries.

  • Advocate for and cultivate the ethical, environmentally sustainable, and community-oriented aspects of the business.
  • Develop and implement the company's social responsibility strategy, ensuring its alignment with corporate goals.
  • Foster partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other stakeholders to enhance social impact.
  • Provide regular reports on social responsibility activities to senior management.
