In this role, you will lead and develop a team by maintaining high discipline standards in the department, ensuring effective timekeeping, attendance, adherence to policies and business standards, and clear accountability for all team members.
This role would suit somebody with managing experience within manufacturing (fabrication, machining & assembly) background, looking for a lead role with excellent career progression.
The Role:
- Lead & develop your own team
- Ensure high standards are met across all work
- Monday - Thursday (6am - 4pm) Friday finish at 1pm (Very flexible hours)
The Person:
- Fabrication background
- Previous experience leading a team
- Relevant Time Served Qualification would be preferred but not essential
