I'm working with a North Wales business who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller, who will report to the Chair. The role will manage all financial controls and procedures within the company.

Description
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Oversee company financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Professional accounting CIMA, ACCA, ACA
- Knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
