What will this role involve?

You will join as a recruitment coordinator for the legal risk and compliance recruitment team. This is our top performing team across the UK and Ireland, due to the volume of work this team are experiencing we are hiring for an additional support.

  • Typing and formatting CV's of newly registered candidates and updating CVs of existing candidates.
  • Work closely with the team to help source new candidates across different platforms.
  • Maintain and updating candidate and client database.
  • Constantly monitor candidates on our database and in process to ensure
  • Ensure all compliance and legislative processes are followed.

What we we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in an administrative or sales role but will be used to working at a high-volume and fast paced environment.

  • You will have 1-2 years experience in administration or sales but looking for your next step.
  • A desire to work in a recruitment setting and to progress into a recruitment consultant role in the future.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and hardworking approach.
  • You thrive in a team working environment and working at a fast pace.
