Production Department Planner
Telford site based
Circa £30,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Job role / duties
- Raise & release both manual & MRP purchase orders
- Chase up order progress
- Manage delivery schedule for manufacturing
- Liaise with other departments to ensure order process and progress is communicated
- Analyse vendors for levels of performance against SLA
- Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery schedules
- Ensure department heads are aware of any supplier/delivery issues
- Produce activity reports for analysis
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Be used to working in a fast-paced purchasing/production department
- Have experience using MRP
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Be highly numerate
