This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact in the classroom—whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to take your first step into education.
What the role involves:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to support learning
- Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Helping with day-to-day classroom tasks and activities
- Encouraging pupil development, both academically and socially
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with children (school-based or similar setting preferred)
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Availability for work in schools around Llandudno Junction and Conwy
