Our client is a growing, high energy business based in central Peterborough. They are looking to add an energetic and ambitious Client Sales Development Executive to their amazing team on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be undertaken between the hours of 9am and 9pm with rotation between early and late and will require 1 in 2 Saturdays during the day. It will total 37.5 hours per week and will offer hybrid working post training.
Main duties will include:
- Speaking with customers on the phone via both inbound and outbound calls
- Assisting clients with any queries and solutions required
- Understanding company products and procedures
- Adding data to the database
- Educating customers on services, new products and updates
The successful candidate will have:
- Customer service experience
- Good relationship building skills
- Fantastic command of the English language
- The ability to work well within a high energy team
