Your Package

  • Salary £30,000 + 10% bonus scheme

Your Role

  • Develop deep relationships with retailers, from store managers to sales advisors, to foster a genuine passion for our brand and products.
  • Collaborate with retailers to identify unique opportunities and implement innovative training solutions that boost sales and brand awareness.
  • Create unforgettable experiences for customers by crafting engaging training programs that elevate the customer journey.
  • Leverage your expertise to deliver interactive training programmes for both individual and group sessions across multiple categories.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A proven record of success in retail management, ideally within technology, mobile, or high-end retail.
  • A keen interest in coaching and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions that inspire and motivate.
  • Drive to keep up to date with the latest products and in-store opportunities, current market trends and competitor information.
  • Exceptional relationship skills to build strong partnerships with retailers at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and inspire action.
  • Full UK driving licence

This position offers a 12 month contract and is field based covering the South West (ideal candidates will be based in either Reading or Swindon) with nationwide travel where required.
