Stanton House are exclusively partnering with a growing private equity backed Insurance business who are looking for an Commercial Finance Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic goals of the business and partner very closely with the senior leadership team and report directly to the CEO.
We are seeking a proactive individual, to make a real impact on the business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to think strategically, be able to build strong relationships with the Executive team and provide analysis, challenge and give insight to the business.
To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Prior experience from an insurance or financial service background would be advantageous
- Previous experience driving the budgeting & forecasting process
- Previous Business partnering experience to non-financials stakeholders.
- Financial modelling experience
- Experience of working in fast paced environments
- Ability to operate in a matrix structured organisation
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month end / year end close process
- Excellent data analysis skills
A little more information about the role:
- Provide FP&A support to the CEO and wider business
- Produce business facing collateral (e.g board papers and presentations)
- Work closely with FC and Head of FP&A to maximise business output.
- Deal with ad-hoc requests from CEO and PE investors
- Drive business performance through measurement across the business
- Create and present financial board packs for senior leadership team with high quality commentary
- Finance Business partner multiple stakeholders across the business including leadership team
