Our client is dedicated to delivering holistic care, ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and cherished. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic Clinical Lead to join their care home in Alfreton.
Position Details:
- Role: Clinical Lead
- Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
- Contract: 35 hours per week
- Shifts: 7-hour shifts, flexible availability across the week
- Shift Patterns: 07:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 21:00 (2 shifts per week supernumerary)
- Remuneration: Up to £23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- RGN/RMN qualification
- Proven experience in elderly care
- Previous roles as Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager/Ward Manager
