The Role
This is a permanent role that sits in the social housing entity of the organisation. You will be responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and liaise with budget holders when required.
The Successful Candidate
- Part-qualified (CCAB) or working towards a recognised finance qualification.
- Experienced in preparing and presenting management accounts, explaining variances, and engaging with stakeholders.
- Experience in a housing or property management is preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
