Key Responsibilities:
- Managing key relationships & accounts in regards to the collection of overdue accounts and outstanding payments
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships
- Conducting account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Producing regular credit reports and statements
- Assessing and evaluating customer creditworthiness
- Ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures
- Supporting internal departments with credit-related queries and issues
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in Credit Control (Ideally over 3+ year)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of credit management principles and regulations
