Our client (No 1 Estate Agency) is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator. The role is offered as a full time permanent position.
Basic salary: up to £25,000 pa basic salary
First year OTE: C£40,000 to £45,000 pa
Benefits: car allowance, 28 days leave inc BH
Hours 9am to 6pm
4 days between Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 5.30pm.
Set day off in the week available

Senior Sales Negotiator must be an EXPERIENCED VALUER/LISTER, experience of lettings preferred but not essential
The ideal Senior Sales Negotiator candidate should have:
- Minimum of 2 years listing experience
- Be ambitious, target driven and able to always offer the highest level of customer service
- A desire to progress within an award-winning company
- The ability to practice all regulatory requirements
- Be able to articulate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and energy to help customers
- An existing knowledge of Crayford area, living within a 5-mile radius is preferred
- A clean UK driving licence and car is essential
