Our fantastic Training Provider client is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager to manage and support the on-going development and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Framework.

This role will be a hybrid role, with a mixture of home and office work.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with the Head of Quality in the development of quality assurance.
- Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, setting clear quality benchmarks.
- Oversee regular audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Lead in quality assurance for sub-contractors, ensuring alignment with our standards.
- Provide guidance and support to subcontractors to enhance program quality.
- Actively engage and support in Self-Assessment Activities across all contracts.
- Monitoring and supporting the enhancement of performance and standards.
- Development and delivery of training to staff across contracts as required.
- Setting, measuring and review of individual/team KPIs and performance targets
What you'll need:
- Assessor qualification or equivalent.
- IQA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an educational quality role.
- Experience in delivering training and support.
- Experience in data analysis and producing reports.
- Excellent Management / Supervisory experience.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary will be between £35,500 - £40,000 depending on experience
