An opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and innovative digital marketing agency dedicated to helping brands grow their online presence. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in growing the client base and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the digital marketing industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the management team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the digital marketing industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web design
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
