We have a great temporary to permanent role for a strong Team EA to join an Private Equity company based in the heart of West End. This is a busy role where you will learn a lot and be part of a small, dynamic team.
What you'll do:
- Complex EA support for 3 MDs and their wider team.
- Extensive travel coordination.
- Full diary management, across multiple time zones.
- Editing PowerPoint presentations and document preparation.
- Covering other EAs during their holidays or leave.
Who you are:
- Prior experience within a similar role
- Experience working within Private Equite or Finance.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
