Finance Business Partner, Watford
£50,000 - £55,000 + Great bonus and benefits package
Our Client, one of the most respected and forward thinking entities within its sector, is looking to add to its team of finance professionals, with this exciting opportunity.
The role, which has come about through consistent growth during a particularly tough economic climate, will be integral in ensuring that the business continues to lead the way on all fronts of its service offering.
The successful individual will firstly be newly qualified, and secondly have a track record of achieving excellence both throughout their academic and working career to date. They will have encountered many challenges on route and be able to draw upon numerous examples of where they have provided watertight solutions through commercial acumen and sound business judgement.
This business partnering role will be fluid in nature but will have the following duties at its core:
- Monthly forecasting and planning.
- Building financial models for forecast and KPI purposes.
- Investment and profitability appraisals.
- Assessment of new initiatives, campaigns and promotions.
- Challenging the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Highlighting potential risks and gains to board.
- 3 to 4 year strategic planning.
- Development and mentoring of assistant accountant.
