Position: Project Manager (Events Management)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000-£40,000
An events management company in London are looking to add to their team with an experienced Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has a passion for managing the complexities of event production
The successful candidate will be from an agency background, and have 4+ years of experience running conferences, meetings, incentives, gala dinners, events and more.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
- Lead and manage the planning and execution of events, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and venues to ensure the best possible service and pricing.
- Manage onsite operations, including inspections and onsite management as needed.
- Presentations and proposals
- Financial and budget management
- Management of offsite venues and travel (including flight management and bookings.)
Required Experience:
- Experience in event management
- Experience working within an agency setting
- Experience running conferences, meetings, incentives, gala dinners etc.
- Strong logistics experience
- People management
- Client and relationship management
- Budget and financial management
