I am working with a leading international freight forwarding company who are growing their sales team and searching for a Junior BDM to support with their significant growth.
- Uncapped commission
- Base salary up to £30,000
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and create a sales pipeline (Cold call prospective clients)
- Generate custom from the pipeline
- Meetings with clients face to face, over the phone and by teams
- Build strong long lasting relationships with clients
- Be the go to person for your client by understanding their needs and being able to exceed these
- Have a good understanding of the businesses services
What you need
- Experience within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry with a passion and hunger to get into Sales
- Brilliant telephone manner and able to build great relationships
- Able to be adaptable in a fast paced changing environment
