Part-Time Receptionist - 2 days per week

- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Representing our client as the first point of contact for visitors
- Greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanour
- Providing administrative support as needed, such as filing and data entry
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
Must be able to commit to working two set days per week.
Monday 10am- 5pm
Friday 7am- 1pm
Occasional Saturday cover may be required.
