Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Procurement Operations: Oversee daily procurement activities and develop the Procurement In-take tool, ensuring efficient assignment and tracking of tasks
- Reporting and Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain quarterly PowerBI Procurement Dashboards, providing insights into cost tracking, spend/savings achieved, and key metrics
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve and automate procurement processes by leveraging data from various sources
- Advanced Analysis: Perform advanced trend analysis, incorporating data from different areas to aid in supplier evaluation, pricing negotiations, and business case development
- Project Management: Lead and manage business projects focused on process and system improvements, ensuring successful integration and reporting capabilities
Key Skills Needed:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and sound business judgement, with advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros) and knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint
