We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing bakery as a Food Production Operative.
The working hours are 4am to 12 midday, and you will be working Monday to Friday. There are on-going temporary or permanent positions available for the right candidates.
Duties:
- Operate production machinery.
- Assemble and package products.
- Follow company Food Hygiene and Quality policies.
- Maintain a clean and well-organised working environment.
- Document processes.
- Additional warehouse duties as required.
Key attributes required for the role:
- The role may include heavy lifting, expect to carry goods up to 25kg.
- Previous experience in food production or a kitchen preferred.
- Level 2 Food Health & Safety Certificate preferred.
- Able to multi-task.
- Close attention to detail to ensure quality products.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
