KennedyPearce are hiring a Credit Control Administrator for a listed business based in the heart of London, 2 days in the office required and 3 days from home. This role is not a typical Credit role and we are looking for someone systems savvy and someone with experience setting up new vendors
Key Responsibilities
- Credit Control Management:
- Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on accounts via phone and email from the date of invoice.
- Customer Vendor Form Completion:
- Liaise with internal teams to complete necessary customer vendor forms accurately and promptly.
- Ensure all forms and related documentation comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with company standards.
- Ensure all credit control activities adhere to compliance regulations and internal policies.
- Prioritisation and Workload Management:
- Prioritise workload based on business needs and targets, ensuring critical tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with various internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to resolve any issues related to credit control and customer accounts.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of any problems, including presenting on weekly meetings.
Systems: Google Suite, Salesforce, Reviso, Trust Payments, Adyen
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to credit control.
- Experience ensuring compliance with company policie and completing customer vendor forms.
