Support Worker
Greater Manchester
Temporary - Ongoing
Monday- Friday (30 hours per week)
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Support Worker to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Responsibilities of the Support Worker will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for all aspects of tenancy management
- To work as part of a dedicated, mobile and flexible team to manage older peoples' accommodation, providing on-site coordination of the management of schemes with regard to maintenance, health and safety and cleanliness
- Supporting service users to live independently
- Liaise with third party agencies and emergency contacts
- Responsible for general building management and security
The Successful candidate will have:
- Driving licence and access to transport
- Previous experience working in a care setting
