Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an RTA Solicitor/Fee Earner to handle a caseload of fast track RTA files, the majority of which will be litigated.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing Credit Hire, Litigation Experience, Personal Injury case load with a high percentage of litigated RTA files.
Applications are invited from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Fee Earners or Paralegals with a proven track record in RTA Litigation.
