The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. It's an exciting time to join the organisation and be a part of our continued growth.

We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager (PR, Communications & Events) to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will lead on driving consumer awareness and engagement for our brand. The role will develop and execute a strategy that leverages Public Relations, Events and strategic Partnerships to achieve our marketing objectives.

Daily duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement targeted PR campaigns to ensure positive media coverage in consumer publications, online media outlets and social media platforms;
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches and other content that resonate with our targeted audience;
  • Build strong relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers relevant to our industry;
  • Plan, manage and execute impactful consumer-facing events that generate excitement, brand loyalty and potential leads;
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with organisations that align with our brand values and reach our target audience;
  • Secure sponsorships and other mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance event reach.

We are looking for the following in applications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in Public Relations, Events or relevant field;
  • Demonstrated success in planning and implementing multi-channel PR campaigns;
  • Proficient in utilising data to derive actionable insights and analysing key metrics;
  • Proven track record of delivering through effective management of a team.
