You will be mostly based in the school's behaviour unit ensuring that pupils are making good academic progress. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
  • Support teachers in managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school trips.
  • Liaise with parents, teachers, and other staff to support student learning and wellbeing.
  • Work with SEN students, following Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting materials as needed.
