As the
Treasury Manager
, you will be responsible for leading a small team in performing
treasury
activities, such as cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, funding, and investment. You will also be responsible for enhancing processes across the team. Leading from the front, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be analytical, able to problem-solve, and have great communication skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
:
- You will be responsible for leading a team of 4 associates who are look after all UK treasury activities
- You will own the UK Treasury control environment and ensure flawless execution of activities
- You will manage the funding and investment decisions for the business including making overnight deposit decisions with our banking partners
- You will challenge the status quo and identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- You will manage internal and external relationships with key stakeholders - UK Finance teams (including interacting with and supporting the businesses CFO), US Treasury team and external partners (third party financial institutions, suppliers and regulators)
- You will bring an analytical eye to payment and cash flow trends to identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate these
- You will closely collaborate with your US partners on the long-term treasury strategy to ensure consistency at the Enterprise level
