We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a busy, established and thriving Family Department based in Sutton Coldfield. This highly regarded Legal 500 practice enjoy a regular flow of work from across the West Midlands and are looking for a hard working, friendly, and motivated individual to join the high performing team.
We are looking for a Family Solicitor to take on an existing workload, and work alongside senior solicitors and partners on matters including, but not limited to:
- Divorce
- Civil Partnerships and dissolution of Civil Partnerships
- Financial Arrangements
- Prohibited Step Orders
- Pre & Post-Nuptial Agreements
- Domestic Violence and protective injunctions
- Out of Court Settlements
The successful candidate will have 4-8 years PQE. Excellent client care skills and the ability to deal with vulnerable clients and resolve sensitive, often complex, matters is essential.
