In this role you will work as part of our internal and external teams of staff.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting customers both face to face and over the phone
- Providing advice on products to customers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and checking orders
- Storing stock safely
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Building industry knowledge - preferred but not essential
You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis so we are looking for someone that:
- Has the likeability factor
- Has excellent customer service/ sales skills
- Hard working
- Positive attitude
- Good attention to detail.
- Please be aware the shift pattern for this role includes alternate Saturday mornings.
