Clinical Unit Manager
Salary: £40,076 - £52,197 per annum + £1,000 welcome bonus
Location: Brixton, London (SW9)
Hours: Days only - 42 hour contract
Shifts: 8am to 8pm

The service has 60 beds and is split into 4 separate 20 bedded units ensuring excellent staffing ratio's throughout the service; they specialise in residential care and nursing care for older people with learning disability and autism alongside supporting elderly people with dementia nursing care.
As a Clinical Unit Manager here you will lead the clinical team by being a focal point on the unit; promoting excellence and ensuring clinical compliance and ensuring training and development is upheld and uphold a community feel to the unit liaising with residents, family members and visitors.
You will oversee 20 residents and nursing and care teams ensuring fluidity within the team; your role is pivotal to the success of the overall service; as a Clinical Unit Manager here you will be endorsed heavily; you will gain further leadership skills/qualifications and have the opportunity to grow within the overall business.

Applicants for the Clinical Unit Manager role should be NMC registered and RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified with experience in a nursing home setting with demonstratable leadership/mentorship experience.
